About Us
Imagine you and your significant other have decided to adopt. No matter what way you came to this decision a new baby will be coming home to you, be it your first or your fourth. You tell your family and friends and everyone is thrilled! But then the months go by and even though you are completing the paperwork and your mind is growing with the idea of having a baby in your arms there is no physical evidence that you are expecting.As an adopting mom-to-be Wendy Rodger, former manager of 9 Months, always had to tell people that she too was expecting a child, just not in the traditional way. Then one day while working at 9 Months she became inspired. She was surrounded by maternity T-shirts that announced a pregnant woman's upcoming due date. It suddenly occurred to her that just because she was not showing did not mean she could not announce to the world that she too was expecting. Why couldn't she have a T-shirt that announced her upcoming adoption? And so Not Showing™ was born.
