Customer ServiceOur Return PolicyWe are proud of our products at Not Showing and want you to be 100% happy with the items you order. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, with your purchase from Not Showing, we will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account minus the shipping cost for any item.Returns and exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by emailing us at info@notshowing.com. Please include reason for return or exchange and will will give you a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned to Not Showing within 14 days of purchase in perfect, unworn condition and in original packaging. If item is being exchanged please allow one week from receiving returned item for new shipment. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Please note, all sale items are FINAL SALE. ShippingShipping within the continental United States is charged at a flat rate of $6.00 per total order. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is a flat rate of $16.00.Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $16.00. For orders outside of North America please contact us and we will discuss shipping rates specific to your location. Orders shipped outside of the United States will be subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive either with your parcel or possibly be followed up by regular mail. You would be responsible to pay these fees in addition to the cost of the clothes and shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide estimates on customs fees, but if you check with the customs office in your country, they should be able to provide more information about receiving imported goods and the costs associated with it. All products from Not Showing are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-4 days from date of order. If item is on back order you will be notified by email of approximate delivery date. |
